A local theater is showing a double feature of:

The Return of the Living Dead
    &
    The Brain That Wouldn't Die

I'll be there all decked out in Herbert West gear!

HALLOWEEN, HALLOWEEN II and HALLOWEEN III on my small DVD portable at work. At night (I'm staying IN), I'm thinking of LADY IN WHITE, ELVIRA MISTRESS OF THE DARK, TERROR TRAIN and HELL NIGHT

    Halloween!

Also, during that scene where Michael pops up from behind the car, I'll be pulling a ring out and proposing to my girlfriend. That scene ALWAYS makes her jump, so it should be fun.

We'll be doing the annual horror film marathon cheesefest with the guys from a local heavy metal band at my house. People dress up and I decorate the house, lots of beer and pizza, last year it went until four in the morning. We pretty much pick the dumbest films we can find and laugh our asses off. Bad Fulci films are usually a staple but this year, it will be:

    1) Boarding House
    2) Night Of The Demon(1980)
    3) Burial Ground-Nights Of Terror
    4) Jack Brooks-Monster Slayer
    5) Trailer Park Of Terror

Good lineup. Not only are they cheesy but also very entertaining, especially Night Of The Demon which was a great crowd pleaser when I watched it with friends & family.
Have yet to see Monster Slayer and Trailer Park Of Terror though.

I have to be honest, since Halloween falls on a Friday this year, I'm gonna be going out with the guys to get loaded. Maybe, when I'm in my most drunken state, will I watch a horror film. (I'm thinking possibly Carrie or An American Werewolf in London.)

We're having a party at the new house this Halloween, so it's definitely movie night!

    The lineup is:

    Black Sabbath

    Mad Ron's Previews from Hell

Undecided--Either Mother of Tears or something totally off the wall (I'll be shopping for DVD's on Friday, so I might see something I can't pass up).

Oh shit I forgot about Terror Train and Hell Night! Two slashers that I still love to death and two very worthy contenders for Halloween viewing.

That's awesome. Are you just playing through particular episodes or full seasons?

I really liked Trailer Park Of Terror. Gory, funny and offensive.

Thanks, man. I can't see it being any different from the day-to-day stuff now, and that's pretty great.

Congrats dude! Great surprise when she falls back to the couch.

As for my Halloween picks, nothing is set in stone quite yet, but I would like to at the least watch Halloween 1 and 2, and Suspiria. Terror Train, Night of the Demons 1 or 2, City of the Living Dead, Creepshow 2 are all possible choices as well. I have a stack of movies that I didn't get to go through this month that I planned on so... any of them are viable options as well.
