Damn that's a good deal. I already got The Hidden from DDD for pretty cheap. Night School I'd grab, but now I feel like I'm forcing other titles to make it to 4. Hunger, Wolfen, Man with Two Brains and Demon Seed, hmmmm.

Thanks for the alert! Could have easily chosen more than just 4, but I've been buying too much between holiday deals & gift shopping.

    Ended up buying:

    The Hidden
    Innocent Blood
    The Man with Two Brains
    Night School

Hope you got another one for that list, or you didn't get a deal. ;)

Apparently once you hit $44 you can keep adding more titles for $11 a piece. There's no limit.

    I ordered:

    Night School
    Wait Until Dark
    Innocent Blood
    Time After Time

It's a huge pain that they don't ship to Canada, but I have an aunt in New Hampshire that I've used as a mule before! I'd been waiting for a good price on the first three titles, and Time After Time is a favorite of mine since childhood, so I'm happy to upgrade my dvd. $44 USD plus free shipping is a great price!

Dammit! I've been trying not to buy any movies lately, but this was too good to pass up. I picked up:

    The Green Slime
    Innocent Blood
    The Hidden
    Urgh! A Music War

POW! That's what I'm talking about. I grabbed: The Hidden, Innocent Blood, The Green Slime, Night Moves, Night School, The Man With Two Brains, The Illustrated Man, Dolores Claiborne, Freebie & the Bean, and The Ballad of Cable Hogue. $116.60 including tax and free shipping.

I ordered - Green Slime, When Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth and...Yogi's First Christmas :)

My Black Friday order arrived 7 days after ordering using free shipping :). Valley of the Gwangi blu looks so much better than the DVD :)
I also got The Slave with Steve Reeves...but a movie called 'Hitler' is on the disc instead

Hopefully as it's warner archive they will release the unrated version, otherwise honestly what Is the fucking point, they may as well not bother.

They recently released Innocent Blood Unrated, so hopefully they'll follow suit here.

That said, if it's R-rated only, they shouldn't waste their time. Blu-rays are supposed to be upgrades, not downgrades.

Thats a good point I forgot about that, that should provide a little bit of hope that it will be unrated, time will tell.

Was Texas Chainsaw III released in uncut form overseas? Innocent Blood wasn't reconstructed in any way. The version we got is the international version.

If TCIII wasn't released uncut somewhere, I'd put the odds of an uncut Warner Archive release at 0%.

TCMIII was released domestically in an R-Rated cut and an Unrated director's cut, dating all the way back to the VHS and Laserdisc releases. The New Line DVD included both cuts, but over the past decade or so, Warner Brothers has had a poor track record with including previously released, unrated cuts.

Ex: Warner Brothers deliberately left the unrated cuts of both Jason Goes to Hell and Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning off of their respective Blu-Rays.

Damn. If they're just sitting there, that's lame. Thanks, zbinks.

They did however just release the uncut version of Innocent Blood which I didn't even know existed. Here's hoping they will do the right thing with TCM3.
