Not to mention the fact that she was a minor when the scene was shot.

I already have most of these but picked up the few that I've been sitting on the fence about as soon as I heard this. Good thing I did because a lot of these have been snapped up already

The fact Shout! is losing a lot of MGM titles worries me. :(

Kino said on the Blu-ray.com forums a while back that one of their future titles would be a 60's MGM-owned title no longer sublicensed by another company...

That being said, also coming in January:

Apparently the latest issue of Videoscope has a full page ad for a Blu-ray release of Eegah. Limited edition of 1,500 using a 4k restoration by Film Detective, Shout Factory, Something Weird and MST3k. But I haven't seen the ad for myself. Release date is only November 26th but I'm not see any details online.

I hate when these one shots are so haphazardly marketed.

That is one of the nicest things about this site. Quite often I'm made aware of a release for an item I want that otherwise may have slipped away unnoticed.

Dawn of the Discs posted the list, but left out the comments from the Shout! Factory insider.

Some of these titles will almost certainly get picked up by other labels, some of them probably won't.

Yes, I bought Candyman, but a lot of people think the Criterion flash sale will be going down tomorrow. Saving my money for that

Sweet Jesus. I just ordered the following (sale or no sale):

    American Gothic
    Forbidden World (steelbook)
    Galaxy of Terror (steelbook)
    Leviathan
    Phantom of the Opera
    [REC] collection
    Saturday the 14th
    Swamp Thing*
Tales from the Crypt/Vault of Horror
    Willard
    Without Warning

*This one is from Amazon. Scream Factory is out of stock, which made me dig elsewhere. I f'n hate this movie, but the resale could be worthy.

    Official word:
They link to https://www.moviezyng.com/810017886692.aspx?microstoreID=4 but it seems to be in the pipeline on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YTCP78B/ so it'll have a wide (if limited) release. MovieZyng describes it as a BD-R too.

And I don't expect Eegah to sell out instantaneously.

Someonen over at the Blu-ray.com forums stated this out when listing the OOP Scream/MGM titles:

"Just so you don't freak out, Shout and MGM still have a strong relationship. However, as it's been noted in previous posts, licensing periods for films end, and if the sales aren't strong enough to warrant licensing them again, they go out of print."

    Well that's a relief. :)

I was going to sell my Vincent Price Vol. 1 because early this year someone from Shout said they would reprint it by next year; but seeing as they've announced they're not renewing Vol. 2 I'm not so sure. I really want to keep it for the PBS intros and it was iffy those would be back to begin with. Now they're dropping the only other Vol. with them as they're absent from Vol. 3.
