They haven't confirmed/revealed who's playing the role in this reboot yet.
He's listed on Imdb in the credits as just "Daniel Robitaille" so I guess he appears in some shape or form in it.
Nice! Was hoping we'd get a better glimpse at Candyman in this trailer but I'm liking the flavour of it so far. Actually watched the original last week so I'm even more eager to see this new one. Fingers crossed it's good because it also comes out around my birthday.
... Did they just use a Destiny's Child song in an unironic attempt at building atmosphere?
I'm pretty sure it was some dark comedy. I smirked when I heard it lol. Thought it was fitting too.
Did nothing for me, I'll watch at some point, but in no hurry to see it.
Everything looks so clean and shiny. I want to smear SWEET TO THE SWEETS in shit on it.
If you see The Invisible Man this is one of the trailers they played. Considering the film opens in three and a half months I'm surprised I haven't seen the trailer before.
The trailer was just released yesterday.
Moved to September 25th.
Pushed to October 16th, taking Halloween Kills former spot.
Hopefully I get to see this one this year.
I can't see it, I think it will be moved again.
This one I'm not sure about. I don't know how big the buzz is around the film but from what I've seen so far I can imagine this one might be considered for VOD.
Pulled from October and moved to 2021.
Apparently the recent theatrical releases of Tenet, New Mutants, etc aren't performing as well as hoped (for obvious reasons), and lots of studio movies are fleeing their theatrical slots they had set throughout the rest of the year.
That's a shame. Let's be honest 'new mutants' was a drop in we don't care scenario.
Tenet was a different story. Apparently it did good numbers first week worldwide (great here in UK). But America not ready to go back.
Be interesting to see what gets released here over coming months. But from what I have seen these will be titles that have already been on VOD in US (Bill and Ted and new De Niro comedy as examples)
Yeah the news sucks. basically all the films I've been looking forward to have been pushed.
I agree that New Mutants wasn't going to preform great anyway. They should have just released that one straight to VOD.
